2. Service Description

Bank Breakdown is a bank statement analysis tool that helps users categorize and analyze their expenses for loan and credit card applications. The service includes:

• Bank statement upload and analysis
• Expense categorization according to HEM categories
• Project management and storage
• Report generation and downloads

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

We offer different tiers of service:

• Free users can upload one file for one project
• Basic Plan ($29.99 AUD one-time) allows up to three projects

Projects will become readonly after one month. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and restrict access if abuse is detected.

4. Data Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously. When you use our service:

• Your bank statements are stored securely in encrypted storage
• We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission
• You can request deletion of your data at any time

5. Use Limitations

Under this license you may not:

• Attempt to bypass usage limits or create multiple accounts to avoid fees
• Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Share your account access with others
• Use automated tools to access the service without our permission

6. Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy in our expense categorization, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Users should review all categorizations and make necessary adjustments before using the reports for loan or credit card applications. We are not responsible for any loan or credit card application outcomes based on the reports generated by our service.

7. Modifications to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect their use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
